Antwerp is a river town at the far western edge of Paulding County, and our office in Defiance is about 25 minutes away by way of US-24. If you live in the village, out in Carryall or Harrison Township, or on a farm along the Maumee, we’re here when your back, neck or joints need attention. The village grew up on the Wabash and Erie Canal, and its old railroad depot still stands on the National Register of Historic Places. These days the busiest roads out of town lead to US-24, and that’s the route that brings you to us.

From Antwerp, head east on East River Street, which becomes County Road 424, for about 4 miles.

Turn right onto County Road 206 for about 2 miles, then follow Road 87 a few hundred feet to US-24.

Turn left onto US-24 East and stay on it for about 15 miles toward Defiance.

Take the OH-15 / OH-18 ramp toward Bryan and Defiance, turn right onto Ralston Avenue, and follow the short local turns to Harding Street and onto Latchaw Drive.
